Parent Teacher Interviews
Semester Two Parent Teacher Interviews will be conducted over two sessions:
- Session One - Monday 14th September from 4pm to 7pm
- Session Two - Tuesday 15th September from 4pm to 7pm
Parent Teacher Interviews will be conducted via in person face-to-face interview session at the school, or via phone call if requested.
Where a teacher is not listed, is unavailable or the above sessions are not at a convenient time, parents are asked to please contact that teacher directly via the 'Direct Message' function in 'SEQTA Engage' to arrange an interview at a time of mutual convenience.
Please read the instructions below and then follow the link at the bottom of the page to book your interviews.
Families will be able to book a 10 minute interview slot with their child's teachers.
Bookings close at 2:00pm the day before your selected interview day so teachers have adequate time to prepare. If you miss the cut-off, you will need to arrange an alternative day/time with that teacher.
Instructions
Select the teacher/s with whom an interview is requested, then fill in the required fields by following the prompts on the screen. ‘Add bookings’ as required (for each additional teacher) and 'confirm booking' once all bookings have been made by following the prompts on the screen.
Please note: Be mindful of which day you are booking, as Parent Teacher Interviews are being hosted over two days. Parents and guardians are asked to limit their access to ONE interview per teacher. Parental assistance with this request is greatly appreciated.
