2020 Fee Schedule

Resource fees are used to provide printing, electronic material, stationery items (Foundation-Year Six), sports equipment, curriculum supplies and resources related to the educational program provided to students. Minor excursions related to the school’s curriculum are also covered by the resource fee.
For years three through to VCE the camp levy is now included in the total payment from families.
• Individual texts or stationery in Year Seven - VCE.
• BYOD Computer/Electronic device Year Five to VCE (Refer to IT policy on School Website).
• Distance education

Family discounts are applied to the total family fee amount as follows:

• Three Children - 20%
• Four or more children - 30%

An Early Payment discount of 5% is available if your child/children’s annual fees are paid in full by 28th February 2020. Please note this discount applies to tuition fees only.
In addition to the Public Transport Victoria (PTV) school buses, Cobram Anglican Grammar School operates daily private bus travel for students from Numurkah, Yarrawonga, Strathmerton and districts. The cost of this service is currently under review and applications can be made at the school office.
Payment of Accounts
The 2020 full yearly fee will be invoiced and issued in January 2020. Families are then sent quarterly statements detailing any outstanding amounts.
The school offers very generous payment plan arrangements. ALL families must pay fees in full or enter into a payment arrangement, there are no exceptions.
It is expected that families have all fees and levies paid in full by the 15th December 2020.
All Bursary and Scholarship applications must be submitted to the Business Manager. Negotiations will then take place with the Principal on an annual basis. Information and application forms are available here.
Camps, Sports and Excursion Fund (CSEF)
CSEF is provided by the Victorian Government to assist eligible families to cover the cost of school trips, camps and sporting activities. Families who hold a valid means-tested concession card or are a temporary foster parent are eligible to apply for CSEF. Annual amounts are approximately $125 for a primary student and $225 for a secondary student. The allowance is paid to the school to be used for camp, sporting and excursion costs. Eligible families will have an adjustment made to the total camp/resource levy where applicable.
