Buses
In addition to the Public Transport Victoria (PTV) school buses, Cobram Anglican Grammar School operates daily private bus travel for students from Numurkah, Nathalia, Yarrawonga, Strathmerton and districts. The cost of this service is dependent on family eligibility for transport conveyance. Families not eligible for the transport conveyance will be charged a full fee per student, which can be in excess of $3,000.

The annual conveyance recipient bus levy per child is $660 Inc. GST.

Payment of Accounts
The school offers very generous payment plan arrangements. All families must pay in full or enter into a payment arrangement, there are no exceptions. It is expected that families have all fees and levies paid in full by December 2023.

Bursaries.
Bursaries have been established to provide educational opportunities for students who have the potential to lead within the community but are facing financial hardship.

All Bursary applications must be submitted to the Business Manager. Negotiations will then take place with the Principal on an annual basis. Information and application forms are available from the school website www.cags.vic.edu.au under the subheading of ‘Enrolments’.

Camps, Sports and Excursion Fund (CSEF)
CSEF is provided by the Victorian Government to assist eligible families to cover the cost of school trips, camps and sporting activities. Families who hold a valid means-tested concession card or are a temporary foster parent are eligible to apply for CSEF.

Annual amounts are approximately $125 for a primary student and $225 for a secondary student. The allowance is paid to the school to be used for camp, sporting and excursion costs. Eligible families will have an adjustment made to the total camp/resource levy where applicable.
