Simply calculate your average km time/workout intensity in your chosen activity and then see which category it comes under! This is a bit tricky to use so don’t feel obliged to but it can give your kilometres a kick along!!! Eg. 5km run in 20 minutes = 4:00 minute average per km. This is in the HIGH INTENSITY CATEGORY, meaning you can multiply your 5km x 4, giving you 20km!!!
