Course Counseling helps shape pathways
In addition to their class work, our Year 10 students have been busy plotting their VCE pathway and potential career options post-school. A critical part of this process saw the students and their families attend Course Counselling interviews with our Course Counselling Team, headed by Career Advisor, Mrs Jade Drew.
These interviews are always an important step in our students' pathway planning because choosing subjects that align with their strengths and aspirations will enable a fulfilling and smooth transition into further education or employment once they complete their schooling.
While Year 10 represents a critical stage of the pathway journey, at Cobram AGS we are encouraging students in all year levels within the Senior School to start thinking about what subjects they are most interested in and might like to pursue in VCE. This will help to ensure they have the best chance of following their desired pathway.
Please contact the School on (03) 5871 1816 if you would like to arrange a career counselling meeting with Mrs Drew.
