Before the commencement of Term Two, our entire staff had the privilege of attending the Anglican Schools Commission Eastern States Education Summit, alongside colleagues from Trinity Anglican College and Cathedral College, which took place at Cathedral College Wangaratta. 

It was an outstanding day of professional development, featuring keynote speaker Andrew Fuller, a Clinical Psychologist, whose research on neuro-developmental differentiation brings resilience and brain sciences research to the forefront of classroom practice.

A number of our Cobram AGS staff members facilitated workshops during the summit, including Rhiannon Dixon, Shea Doyle, Dr Kevin Quinn, Geoff Brown, Mel Smith, and Anthony McConnell. 

In addition to providing valuable professional development, this event also provided a remarkable networking opportunity, enabling our staff to connect with teachers and administrators from other schools under the ASC umbrella and exchange innovative ideas, particularly with those who have similar roles.
